FAQ

Common questions and answers for your Zepliner eSIM.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about eSIM setup, activation, and usage.

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM built into your device that lets you activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card.

Can I make phone calls or send texts with my eSIM?

No. Zepliner eSIMs are data-only — they provide mobile internet access but do not support phone calls or SMS. You can still use internet-based apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, and Zoom for calls and messaging.

What happens after I pay?

Your eSIM appears in the Zepliner app. Open the app, tap the eSIM, and follow the installation steps.

Why do I need to sign in?

Your eSIM is attached to your account so you can manage it from one place and access it on your device.

Is my device compatible?

Most modern smartphones support eSIM, but your device must also be carrier-unlocked. Check your device settings or manufacturer documentation to confirm. You can also visit our device compatibility page.

How do I install and activate my eSIM?

After purchase, open the Zepliner app and follow the install flow. For step-by-step instructions, see the iPhone guide or Android guide.

Can I use my eSIM on multiple devices?

eSIMs are tied to one device at a time. Contact support if you need help with a device transfer.

What happens when my data or validity runs out?

If your package supports top-up, you can purchase additional data in the app. You can also buy a new plan from the product page.

Do I need to turn on data roaming?

Yes. Data roaming must be turned ON for the Zepliner eSIM line. Keep data roaming OFF on your home SIM to avoid unexpected charges.

Do you offer refunds?

Please review our Refund Policy. If you are unsure about your eligibility, contact support with your order details.
